Nurse and Office Manager
Joan Marson, BS, RN The nurse and office manager provides supervision and direction to the nursing staff at KP as well as coordinates the functioning of the office. The nurse manager also operates as a Care Coordinator for patients and their families, helping them set up referrals to specialists and keeps track of their medications.

Clinical Coordinator
Paula Marshall, RN The clinical coordinator is part of the management team at KP and helps to make decisions on the daily management of the office. Duties of the clinical coordinator also include doctor referrals, prescription refills, prior authorizations immunization ordering and tracking, ordering and tracking special medications, clinical management of clinical staff, and nurse-triage.

Clinical Staff
The Clinical Staff helps to prepare the rooms and the patients to see the providers. They are the nurses and medical assistants who will ask patients and their family questions about why they have come in to see the doctor, take the patient’s blood pressure, and record their other vital signs. Clinical Staff also do immunizations and patient education.

Triage Nurse
Margaret Pillsbury, RN The Triage Nurse takes calls from parents about sick patients and discusses the patient with their provider to determine whether an appointment is needed or not.
